How this guide works

This platform serves as an unofficial resource for events and performances at 713 Music Hall. It operates independently from 713 Music Hall, its promoters, or the performing artists.

We provide a schedule of upcoming events and connect each date to available tickets. The tickets listed may be original, discounted, or resold, and their prices may vary above or below the original value.

An event will be removed from the schedule the day following its occurrence.

This guide earns revenue when tickets are purchased via its platform. This is the sole method of income for the site.

Ticket prices are determined by the sellers who post their tickets on the marketplace, not by this guide or 713 Music Hall. Any applicable fees will be displayed at checkout prior to your confirmation.

For purchasing tickets at face value for 713 Music Hall or for inquiries regarding the venue (such as lost property, accessibility options, or house policies), please visit the official website of 713 Music Hall.

The box office at 713 Music Hall is unable to assist with retrieving or modifying any orders made via this guide, and this guide does not provide support for tickets acquired directly from 713 Music Hall.

Your orders are processed by the seller indicated in your confirmation email. The box office at 713 Music Hall is unable to access or modify any orders made through this guide.

Make sure to retain that confirmation: it contains details about the event, your seating, and the delivery method for your tickets. Any issues regarding delivery, replacements, or refunds should be directed to the seller.

If you encounter an incorrect date or a malfunctioning link, please notify the seller and provide them with the page URL and the name of the show.

All purchases made via this guide come with a complete guarantee: you will gain entry, receive seats of equal or superior quality, or you will be refunded your payment.

In the event that a performance is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a refund for your ticket. If the event is rescheduled, your tickets typically remain valid for the new date. Please note that expenses related to travel, accommodation, and parking are not included.

To initiate a claim, reach out to the seller listed on your confirmation, preferably prior to the start of the event.

Certain tickets available on this site are resold, meaning they have been purchased previously and are now being offered again. The price shown is the amount you will be charged, and any additional fees will be displayed at the checkout prior to your confirmation.

Typically, tickets are delivered via mobile transfer or email. The seller may provide seats that are equal to or of a superior location compared to those advertised; the guarantee remains in effect.
